>&quanta; Plus; ist eine Webentwicklungsumgebung für HTML und verwandte Sprachen. Es wurde für eine schnelle Webentwicklung konzipiert und wurde schnell zu einem ausgereiften Editor mit vielen leistungsfähigen Funktionen ausgebaut.</para>
