<para>Dit tabblad toont informatie over <acronym>SCSI</acronym>-interfaces (Small Computer Systems Interface) en de daaraan gekoppelde <acronym>SCSI</acronym>-apparaten.</para>
<note><para>De informatie die wordt getoond is systeemafhankelijk. Op sommige systemen kan nog geen <acronym>SCSI</acronym>-informatie worden getoond.</para></note>
<para>Onder &Linux; wordt deze informatie gelezen uit <filename class="devicefile">/proc/scsi/scsi</filename> dat alleen beschikbaar is als de kernel ondersteuning biedt voor het <filename class="directory">/proc</filename> pseudo-bestandssysteem. De lijst toont alle <acronym>SCSI</acronym>-apparaten die bij de kernel bekend zijn.</para>
<para>De apparaten worden numeriek gesorteerd op host-, kanaal- en <acronym>id</acronym>-nummers.</para>
